A NOTE FROM CA STUDENT LIVING

During this unprecedented time, we’d like to assure you that providing a safe and healthy community for our residents and employees is our top priority at CA Student Living.

We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak and actively following the latest guidance and recommendations from The Centers for Disease Control (CDC), as well as our local governmental agencies. We are implementing every precautionary measure possible to ensure the continued safety of our communities. We are working hard to provide you information and resources as quickly as possible.

Out of an abundance of caution, and in line with social distancing recommendations, resident events have been temporarily canceled and amenities have been temporarily closed.

We look forward to resuming events and opening our shared spaces when this situation improves. We remain an active online social community and look forward to sharing positive ways to get through this together! We can see you if you tag us! We know you are posting on your stories, so @ us your photos, your pet pics, scrabble nights with your roommate and give us inspiration as we all stay inside for a while. And don’t forget to call us! We are here if you need us.

To continue to serve our community and maintain safety standards, we are offering virtual leasing. From the comfort of your home, video tours are now available! We encourage you to take advantage of all of our digital listings, live chat features, Facetime, and other virtual leasing tools at your disposal. We will continue to provide you with the best resources in your apartment search. We understand it may not be convenient to move, but people will always need a place to call home. We are still prepared to make your move as easy as possible!

Despite the rapidly changing nature of this situation, our priority will remain constant: taking care of you and your home. For additional information on COVID-19, visit The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and The World Health Organization (WHO).

Be healthy. Be kind. Be well.

Thank you,

CA Management Services
